Recruiting News: Tom Brooks of the NAHL commits to RMU

RMU adds a centreman to next season's roster. Tom Brooks of the NAHL plays for the St. Louis Bandits, where he has played 30 games and has 15 points with 8 goals and 7 assists. Last season Brooks played in Texas where he appeared in 49 games, with 29 points on 11 goals and 18 assists.
Brooks reportedly committed on March 11th, but the news did not come out until earlier today.

Looks like a good depth chart addition. I posted some of the stats from our current class in the RMU section of the USCHO Fan Forum. One thing about stats though, they aren't a guarentee of future success, and they don't always translate to D-1 like they would seem to. I'd love us to do a lot of shopping in the USHL one day, but to build a program to a level like that takes years. We'll get there!
